Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of ICT Equipment, ICT Software and ICT Software Subscription

1. The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office 2 (DILG R2), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 (RA 12116) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos ang 61/100 (Php4,709,688.61) for the Procurement of ICT Equipment, ICT Software and ICT Software Subscription with Project Identification Number 2025-05-151 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item.

• Lot 1 - Php4,199,838.64
• Lot 2 - Php353,599.98
• Lot 3 - Php66,750.00
• Lot 4 - Php89,499.99

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DILG R2 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
