Description : Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of ICT Equipment for FY 2026 [PB 02-2026 EPA]

1) The National Labor Relations Commission, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Pesos Only (Php25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of ICT Equipment [PB 02-2026 EPA], under two (2) lots, with details as follows:

Lot 1: Five Million Pesos Only (Php5,000,000.00) - Supply and Delivery of Laptop Computers for FY 2026 - 70 Units

Lot 2: Twenty Million Pesos Only (Php20,000,000.00) - Supply and Delivery of Desktop Computers for FY 2026 - 285 Units

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The National Labor Relations Commission now invites bids for :
