he Department of Migrant Workers Regional Office - Cordillera Administrative Region, through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Three Million and Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (3,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment for DMW RO-CAR (Project No. ITB 2025-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
