  The City Government of Tarlac (CGT) through its Bids and Awards Committee intends to procure “PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE DIGITALIZATION AND STRORAGE OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF THE CITY LEGAL OFFICE” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 - Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or The New Government Procurement Act.
