1. The SORSOGON STATE UNIVERSITY, through the STF-OTHER FEES (LAB FEE) intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P2,668,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT (DESKTOP COMPUTERS) FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED: ADDITIONAL LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR BSECE PROGRAM FOR CERTIFICATE OF PROGRAM COMPLIANCE (COPC) with Project ID No. SorSU-2025-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
