1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the AFP Trust Receipts intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (PhP1,685,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment AFPREO Project, as briefly described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
