PROCUREMENT OF ICT AND OTHER HARDWARE (LIBRARY AUTOMATION SYSTEM)

1. The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the Special Trust Fund FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Nine Pesos and 40/100 (Php1,685,609.40) for the project: PROCUREMENT OF ICT AND OTHER HARDWARE (LIBRARY AUTOMATION SYSTEM) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract with project reference no. B-8661-22-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) now invites bids for the above project. Delivery Period is sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have an experience of having completed, within the period of three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
