Standard requirements:
Certificate of product registration (CPR) - valid and currently issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.
Valid License to operate (LTO) issued by the FDA for Manufacturers, Suppliers, Distributors, and Traders.
All Pharmaceutical products to be delivered shall be of fresh commercial stock as reflected in the CPR issued by FDA;upon receipt at the designated delivery place,
All primary packaging of pharmaceutical products shall be the FDA commercially approved packaging (Manufacturer's Packaging) specified in the approved CPR.
Expiry dates must be properly indicated
Expiry dates should not be less than one (1) year from the date of inspection and acceptance of the item/s.
Standard acceptable shelf life for syrup is 16-18 months.
