Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HYGIENE KITS AND MEDICAL DEVICES FOR THE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PROGRAM
ABC PHP49,797,200.00

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the following sum of Forty-Nine Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Two Hundred Pesos (Php49,797,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Hygiene Kits and Medical Devices for the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program for CY 2025 (Identification No.: PR No. 09-10-250399). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCSO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project to be delivered within in the Schedule of Requirements upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
