Procurement of Human Resource Management Information (HRMIS) for the Philippine National Railways

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 (Special Provision) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos (₱7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Human Resource Management Information (HRMIS) for the Philippine National Railways. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Human Resource Management Information (HRMIS) for the Philippine National Railways. Completion of all works under the contract is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days.

Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
