Description : PROCUREMENT OF HOUSEKEEPING
SUPPLIES FOR USE AT THE DIFFERENT
OFFICES OF PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF
TARLAC.
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the General Fund intends to apply the
sum of Two Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-One
Pesos and 40/100 Only (PhP 2,465,891.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Housekeeping Supplies for
use at the Different offices of Provincial Government of Tarlac / B-G-2025-004-AJ.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should
have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
