PROCUREMENT OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND SNACKS AND VENUE

1. The LGU of San Marcelino Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Project, “PROCUREMENT OF MEALS AND ACCOMMODATION FOR FIVE (5) DAYS” for the upcoming DISTRICT ROLL OUT TRAINING OF KEY STAGE 1 TEACHERS, GRADE 7 READING TEACHERS AND ALS LITERACY TEACHERS ON EARLY LANGUAGE LITERACY AND NUMERACY AND THE SCIENCE OF READING, in accordance with Section 53.10 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (800,000.00) under Local School Board No. 01-2024 Series of 2024.
