The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through its Procurement Section, intends to procure, 'Hotel accommodation, meals, and function rooms for Committee on Southern Cultural Communities Meeting (CSCC) from March 31 - April 2, 2025 in Metro Manila.' in accordance with Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P250,000.00) inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
