Invitation to Bid for

PROCUREMENT OF HMO (MEDICAL ALLOWANCE) FOR 162 MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES, BARAS, RIZAL

1. The Municipality of Baras, through the PERSONNEL SERVICES intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLIONONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 1,134,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for procurement of one PROCUREMENT OF HMO (MEDICAL ALLOWANCE) FOR 162 MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES, BARAS, RIZAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Baras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The services shall be made available after the received a Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
