PROCUREMENT FOR THE HIRING OF THIRD-PARTY VALIDATOR FOR THE GRADUATED ENGP SITES FOR THE RELEASE OF 10% RETENTION FEE TO PARTNER CONTRACTORS

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region 10, through the DENR - Region 10 FY 2025 - General Appropriations Act (RA 12116) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred and Seventeen Pesos (₱1,317,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT FOR THE HIRING OF THIRD-PARTY VALIDATOR FOR THE GRADUATED ENGP SITES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2.
