A.1. Venue requirements
a. Availability
● Date of the event-proper: 26 October - 27 October 2022 (from 8:00am -
6:00pm)
b. Location and Site Condition
● Must be within Balanga, Bataan;
● Preferably near other necessary establishments (i.e. banks, hospitals,
etc.); and
c. Amenities & Facilities
● Provision of extension cords/electrical outlets for the laptop of the
participants at no additional expense;
● Elevators; (if applicable)
● Fire escapes, fire-fighting equipment and fire extinguishers in fire exits;
● First-aid kits;
● Designated space/ room for holding area/ executive lounge;
● Compliance with the standards provided by the Building Code of the
Philippines; and
● Continuous water supply and well maintained, clean, and comfort
rooms;
d. Other requirements
● Sanitation;
● Security; and
● Emergency Exit Plans.
