The Municipal Government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur through the Municipal Mayor-s Office (MO) General Fund, invites interested supplier/bidders to participate in the negotiation for the “Procurement of Highly Specialized Services: Talents, Technical Equipment, and Logistics Package for the Magdiwata Festival” with the Approved Budget for the contract amounting to Two Million, Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Nineteen and Sixty Three Centavos (Php 2,725,019.63).

The Municipal Government of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby issues this Notice of Invitation for Negotiation pursuant to Section 53.5 of Republic Act No. 9184 (Highly Specialized Services). The procurement covers talents, technical equipment, and logistics bundled as services for the conduct of the Magdiwata Festival celebrated every month of June.
