Description : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. The Supplier must have at least 3 years of experience in providing medical services.
2. The supplier must be willing to transact on a send bill arrangement.
3. The ABC shall cover delivery charges, VAT, other related expenses, and all applicable government taxes.

SPECIFICATIONS

The following vaccines have a series of dosages that are require for the delegates. The compleetion of these vaccines is important for their effectiveness.

a. Hepatitis A: series 2 (1 month after the 1st doer) and series 3 (6months after the 2nd dose)
b. Hepatitis B: series 2 (1 month after the 1st does) and series 3 (6 months after the 2nd dose)

DELIVERY PERIOD

Delivery is required and be administered by/on 29 August 2025 abd after 6 months of the administration of teir second series of vaccination at the following address:
