1. The Caraga Regional Hospital (CRH), through the FY2023 Internally Generated Fund (IGF) / HOSPITAL INCOME intends to apply the sum of being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY ( PHP 1,250,000.00 ) as to payment under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HEMODIALYSIS BLOOD TUBING SET.
