- Diluent 20L, Diff Lyse Solution, LH Lyse Solution
- Cleaning Solution, Control (High, Normal, Low)

Requirements:
a. Provision of complete set of reagents, consumables
and free tri-level controls
b. Provision of quarterly preventive maintenance and calibration
w/ certificate and stickers or as nedd arises.
c. Provision of 24 hours/7days a week technical support
and after sales support.
d. Provision/or intallation of bakup machine w/ the sam
specification in case of equipment malfunction
e. Provision of external computer and printer support
connected to the analyzer to print result.
f. Provide guarantee letter from the supplier to
replace the reagents w/ less than 12 months shelf life
One (1) year upon delivery.
g. Provide NEQAS performance grade and proof of
enrollment to NRL-NKTI.
