PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT
IN SUPPORT TO THE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT, ROAD MAINTENANCE, AND DISASTER RESPONSE OPERATIONS OF THE LGU

1. The Local Government Unit of Tarragona, through the Loan Proceeds availed from the Development Bank of the Philippines Mati City Branch, 2026 (DBP-Mati City Branch), intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (₱133,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase Request No.2026-101. Pursuant to the New Government Procurement Act (RA 12009), bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically disqualified at the bid opening."
