PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT (PAY LOADER) AND ITS ACCESSORIES

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P2,175,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT (PAY LOADER) AND ITS ACCESSORIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF BOKOD now invites bids for the above procurement project, particularly described as follows:
