Description : 1) The LGU-BAKUN], through the Trust Fund MDRRMF intends to apply the sum of P 7,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT / G-2026-01]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
