Description : 1. The Joni Villanueva General Hospital (JVGH), through its authorized funding source under the through General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND (136,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Line Procurement of Heavy-Duty Electric Dryer and Washing Machine Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The procurement project is composed of 2 items, and shall be implemented through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
3. Delivery of the goods is required within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Delivery location shall be at Joni Villanueva General Hospital, National Road, Igulot, Bocaue, Bulacan.
4. Interested suppliers must submit a duly signed Request for Quotation (RFQ) Form, together with certified true copies of the following eligibility documents:
o Valid PhilGEPS Registration
o Mayor-s/Business Permit
o Tax Clearance
