1. The National Bureau of Investigation, through Trust Fund - Clearance Retention as provided for under R.A. 10867 The NBI Reorganization And Modernization Act intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 64/100 (Php37,985,958.64) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Healthcare Services Through Health Maintenance Organization for the National Bureau of Investigation. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract shall be effective one (1) year upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
