PROCUREMENT OF HEALTHCARE INSURANCE PROVIDER
(HCIP) TO COVER EMPLOYEES OF THE COMMISSION ON
AUDIT
The Commission on Audit, through its Bids and Awards Committee Central Office (BAC CO) invites
technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for Negotiated Procurement for the above-cited
subject pursuant to Sec. 53.1 of the Revised IRR of RA 9184.
The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted
to the BAC CO on the set deadline, and which would meet the minimum technical specifications
required.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Twenty-Five Million Pesos
(P225,000,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes. The contract involves the provision of healthcare
and insurance services to COA employees under an annual premium of Twenty-Five Thousand
Pesos (P25,000.00) per employee for a One (1) Year Term. Proposals received in excess of the
