(Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization Provider for DepEd-Quezon City Employees)

1) The Department of Education - Schools Division Office of Quezon City, through the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Two Million Five Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Pesos (42,532,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project No. SDO-2025-GOODS-186 (Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization Provider for DepEd SDO- Quezon City Employees. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Education - Schools Division Office of Quezon City now invites bids for the procurement of health maintenance organization (HMO) using competitive bidding (with Most Economically Advantageous Bid or MEAB as award criterion).
