Description : Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Services for the Schools Division
of Baybay City Personnel

1. The Department of Education-Schools Division of Baybay City, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Four Million Sixty-Seven Thousand Pesos Only (Php 4,067,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Services for the Schools Division of Baybay City Personnel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education-Schools Division of Baybay City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The availability of services is required within one (1) year from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
