PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) SERVICES FOR DEPED DAVAO OCCIDENTAL PERSONNEL
1. The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - DIVISION OF DAVAO OCCIDENTAL, through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) 2024, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (PHP 27, 874, 000.00.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB G-16-2025: Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Services for DepEd Davao Occidental Personnel. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - DIVISION OF DAVAO OCCIDENTAL now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The HMO services shall be made available to the DepEd - Division of Davao Occidental after the HMO has received a Notice to Proceed from DepEd - Division of Davao Occidental.
