PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) PROVIDER FOR HEALTH CARE BENEFITS OF QUALIFIED ISAT U PERSONNEL (PURSUANT TO DBM CIRCULAR NO. 2024-6)

1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U), through FY 2025 - Fund 101, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 4,018,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Provider for Health Care Benefits of Qualified ISAT U Personnel (Pursuant to DBM Circular No. 2024-6) with Project Reference No. ISAT U GOODS-2025-09-049 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ISAT U invites bidders for the above procurement project. Delivery of Services is required within Twelve (12) months from the commencement date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
