PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) PRODUCT FOR THE TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL OF SDO SORSOGON CITY
1. The DEPED, Schools Division of Sorsogon City, through the PS (Downloaded SARO) , intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Ninety Nine Thousand pesos (Php15,099,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Grant of Annual Medical Allowance to All Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of DEPED Sorsogon City with identification number 008-25 -GOODS-Medical Allowance Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DEPED Schools Division of Sorsogon City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
