Description : 1) The DepEd, Division of Oroquieta City, through the Personnel Services (PS) and Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Pesos only (PHP 5,929,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Product for Teaching and Non-teaching Personnel of SDO Oroquieta City / GOODS-2025-DEPEDOROQ-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DepEd, Division of Oroquieta City, now invites bids for Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Product for Teaching and Non-teaching Personnel of SDO Oroquieta City using the Sustainability Approach. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
