Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) PRODUCT FOR THE TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL OF SDO LIGAO CITY
Project Number 2025-PBGOODS-006

1. The SDO LIGAO CITY, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the total sum of Eleven Million, Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 11,739,000.00) inclusive of all government taxes and fees for being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) PRODUCT FOR THE TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL OF SDO LIGAO CITY with Project Number 2025-PBGOODS-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The SDO Ligao City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
