Description : PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) PRODUCT FOR TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL OF SDO CALAPAN CITY
1. The Department of Education (DepED) Schools Division of Calapan City (referred to herein as “Procuring Entity” or “SDO Calapan City”), through the Personnel Services Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Twelve Thousand Pesos (P 7,112,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract.
2. The Procuring Entity now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Products is required by September 2025. Bidders who are qualified to participate in the bid are those with contract similar to the Project that has been completed within ten years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
