Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION (HMO) COVERAGE FOR TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL OF DEPED MALOLOS CITY
1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of the City of Malolos through the DEPED-ROIII-2025-08-1606 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 13,195,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Coverage for Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of DepEd Malolos City - Services and Goods MLL-2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Education - City Schools Division of Malolos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required after 30 calendar days from the receipt of Notice of Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
