Description : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Benefits for All Personnel of
SDO Bacolod CY 2025
1) The DepED, Division of Bacolod City, through the General Appropriation ACT CY 2025, Personnel Services (PS) fund, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php29,050,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Benefits for All Personnel of SDO Bacolod CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DepED, Division of Bacolod City now invites bids for HMO Services using the Two Stage Bidding Process. Delivery of the Goods is required Twelve (12) months. Bidders should have completed, at least Five(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
