Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Executive Checkup for the Office of the Solicitor General 2025
1. The Office of the Solicitor General, through Republic Act (RA) No. 12116 or the General Appropriations Act of FY 2025 (under the Special Account in the General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Two Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Pesos (Php26,272,000.00) for Lot 1 - Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), and Two Million Three Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Pesos (Php2,376,000.00) for Lot 2 - Executive Checkup / OSG PR No. 025-07-104 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The OSG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The HMO services shall be made available to the OSG after the HMO has received a Notice to Proceed from OSG.
