1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the National Development Company (NDC), through its Bids & Awards Committee, invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Health Care Insurance from Private Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for the Employees of the National Development Company (NDC) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”, including Annex H. thereof.
