The San Juan Water District (SJWD) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors to submit Quotation for the Procurement of Health Care Insurance from Private Health Maintenance Organization ( HMO ) for the 44 employees of San Juan Water District for One (1) Year.
