Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH CARD FOR QUALIFIED CITY EMPLOYEES (PERMANENT, CONTRACTUAL, CO-TERMINOUS, ELECTED)
1. The City Government of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, through the Appropriation Ordinance of 2025, intends to apply the sum of twelve million five hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-two pesos and eighty centavos (₱12,599,992.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for: Procurement of Health Card for qualified City Employees (Permanent, Contractual, Co-terminous, Elected) (BP-25-02-0006) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
