Description : NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

1. In view of two (2) failed biddings, the CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN thru its Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invites interested bidder to participate in the negotiation for the PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH CARD FOR MEDICAL SERVICES OF CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN with and ABC amounting to Four Million Six Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 4,658,000.00) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” Services is required within One (1) Year upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
