Description : PROCUREMENT OF HAULING SERVICES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE
1. Invitation to Quote:
The Municipality of San Miguel, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and approved Approve Annual Budget for 2025, invites qualified suppliers to submit a price quotation for the Procurement of Service Provider for Hauling, Transport, and Disposal of Solid Waste. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Ten Million Pesos (PhP 10,000,000.00). All procurement activities shall follow the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
2. Price Quotation Requirements:
o Quotations must be in Philippine Pesos and inclusive of all taxes.
o The quotation must detail pricing per trip, including tipping fees, from the Municipal Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) to the designated sanitary landfill.
o Submissions exceeding the ABC will be rejected automatically.
