PROCUREMENT OF HAULING SERVICES
FOR THE DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE FOR FY 2026

1) The Municipal Government of Naic through its 2026 GENERAL FUND/MENRO intend to apply the sum of
THIRTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 13,500,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF HAULING
SERVICES FOR THE DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE FOR FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF HAULING SERVICES FOR
THE DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE FOR FY 2026. Delivery of Services/Work is required upon receipt
of Notice to Proceed within a year . Bidders should have completed a similar contract with a value of at least
50% of the ABC within three (3) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an
