1. The LGU-TANUDAN, through the Appropriation Ordinances # 2024-14 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand,Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Pesos and 53/100(PhP:177,927.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE MATERIALS USE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF ALUBAGGAN WATERWORKS SYSTEM(DEEPWELL) at Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-TANUDAN, now invites bidders for the PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE MATERIALS USE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALUBAGGAN WATERWORKS SYSTEM(DEEPWELL) at Dupligan Tanudan, Kalinga.
