• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 85 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (Php 134,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Hardware Materials for the Maintenance of Technology Demonstration and Municipal Nursery under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-169. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
