  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 18,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Hardware/Licensed Software for the Cyber Security - Intelligent Threat Detection and Response Platform. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Procurement of Hardware/Licensed Software for the Cyber Security - Intelligent Threat Detection and Response Platform. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
