Description : PROCUREMENT OF HARDWARE FOR THE INSTALLATION AND SETUP OF THE NEW SERVER ROOM AT THE PROVINCIAL ASSESSOR-S OFFICE

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Twenty-Five Pesos Only (Php 2,848,025.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Hardware for the Installation and Setup of the New Server Room at the Provincial Assessor-s Office/ B-G-2025-310. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, regardless of the number of years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project.
