Procurement of Handheld Radio for MDRRMC
1. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga, through the Local Disaster and Risk Reduction Management (5%) Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 175,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Handheld Radio for MDRRMC under IB No. 2025-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within Fifteen calendar days (15 days) after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
