Description : San Isidro Integrated National High School invites all PhilGEPS registered suppliers to send their proposal for the provision of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) services for its regular employees. The package must include, but is not limited to:

-In-patient and out-patient services
-Annual physical exams (APE)
-Emergency care access to accredited hospitals and clinics nationwide
-Dental benefits
-Preventive health programs

The HMO coverage shall be valid for 12 months.
Benefits for high-risk cases may be included
