1.The Schools Division of Toledo City through the Miscellaneous Personnel Benefit Funds (MPBF) intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Five Hundred Thirty -Nine Thousand Pesos (PHP 14,539,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Group Health Insurance from Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for the Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of DepEd, SDO Toledo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education Schools Division of Toledo City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Insurance coverage is 12 months starting October 1, 2025 up to September 30, 2026.
